Open letter on Introspection

Hey guys!

It has been a while since I blogged,  being lazy I've decided to simply drop in a mail. I am sure even many 'strategic' recipients of this mail wouldn't even read/notice this mail until a significant period ranging from a week to forever. But for those of you who do (not lenovo), here goes nothing.

I want you fellows to take a moment out of your urgent and important schedule to think if your life is on the track you thought it should be. Ask yourself if what you are doing today is what you'd really hoped to do? Most importantly, do you still believe that slogging for extra hours in office for some elusive bonus/raise shall bring you peace? 

Most of us are in the process of settling down without realising how unsettled we actually might be. Tell me honestly, how many of you wanted to help in the uttarakhand tragedy but did nothing about it? when people say you should give back to the society, it didn't mean that the soicety was your boss! (because most of you wish to give it back to him/her someday!)

Almost all of us get into a comfort zone when we are working, we get used to harrassment, late hours, eventually we even get used to a nagging wife, balding head, weaker dicks, longer pees, falling economy, gangrapes, fucking assholes in power and what not... but we grow up! (matured), we stop reacting!

All I wish to say is that this is a critical point in your career where you are 2 years plus in your job, have had a decent earning, you have some idea of how to get along in this shithole of a world & decisions that you'll take in the next two years will define the rest of your life. so, please do something about yourself while you have the chance!

If you are happy with your life, try and spill the happiness to some more around you in whatever small way you can, if you aren't then shake yourself out of despair and move on to the things you love because you can!

If there's one thing that preparing for civils has taught me, it is this - "good things in life can wait forever to happen or you can actually go ahead and do them". Hope it helps you with a moment of different than ususal feeling..

I'll end this mail with a wish - hope the number 69 becomes a reality for all of you in the next year :)
